I love going to the mailbox. In my new house it is even more exciting because it is a legitimate, old school mail box. Remember the ones that are on a pole that are in your yard that you get to put the little red flag up when you are sending something? That's the one. More than the love of going to the mailbox, is the love of getting things in it. Today was an exciting day that fulfilled that love. When I opened the little door, I saw a cute polka dotted mail envelope. Well that's fun, I thought to myself. Then I saw the name on it was mine. Even better. Then I opened the package, and what was inside, but things so wonderful to me. My SWEET, AMAZING summer project roommate, Sal, had sent me my very own "What happens in Branson stays in Branson" shirt AND 3 of our infamous, stinky coasters we used/hid in each others' stuff all summer. I pretty much giggled for about 5 minutes when I got all of this treasure. To some, this stuff doesn't make any sense at all, but to me it is like diamonds. Or at least cubic zirconia.
THANKS SAL!!!!
