A couple of days ago I wrote about my sweet, dear friends Jessica and Jack that have been on an emotional adventure of the birth of their baby boy, LJ, 14 weeks early. I'm so sad to share that he passed away yesterday. Will you please pray with me for the Allen's? Please pray for their comfort and healing during this time. What inspires me more than anything, and what you will see below in their last blog entry about LJ, is their faith. Their faith that God is still in control and their faith in knowing that even at the age of 2 weeks, their little boy was used greatly to touch the lives of hundreds all over the world. "Dear friends,
It is with a breaking heart I share with you that our sweet baby boy passed away early this morning. He is healthy and strong now, free from pain and struggle. We appreciate your continued prayer and support for our families during this time.
LJ made an impact during his short life in ways we will probably never fully realize... and for whatever reason God needed him back so soon, it is for His glory and part of His master plan. As LJ’s parents, we have been blessed beyond measure by his sweet life and we will always consider the last two weeks the best and most beautiful days of our lives.
We will continue to keep you updated in regards to plans for his memorial service.
