"R"aising up Prayers for LJ

Will you all commit to pray with me for little LJ? LJ is the son of my friends Jessica and Jack. Jess and I have known each other and have been dear friends since high school.

Their beautiful baby was born on October 9th at 7:57 p.m. He came in at 12.5 inches and 2 pounds. He was 14 weeks early. He is currently in the NICU at Memorial Children's Hospital in Houston and will be for quite a while longer. They document this incredible journey of the life of their son on their blog "Johnny Mac is a Fighter." What I love the most about the blog is seeing Jessica and Jack's faith and gratitude knowing the Lord is in control of their sweet little "feather-weight fighter" as they call him.

Please pray LJ will grow strong. Pray for all of the upcoming surgeries and that his tiny little body can handle them. Pray for wisdom and skill for the doctors. Pray for continued faith, rest and hope for Jessica, Jack and the rest of their family.
